Environment: Windows 10
Description:
In the writing app when the word suggestion option is left unchecked and the correct spelling unchecked the app does not underline the incorrectly spelled words.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open app
2. Uncheck word suggestion
3. Spelling error checked
4. Write a text including words spelled incorrectly
Expected results:
The app should underline the incorrectly spelled words
Actual results:
The incorrectly spelled words are not underlined in red
