openSalary module calculator does not work properly

Description
The Module that is responsible for calculating the monthly salary of all the employees does not work properly in that it divides the salary unevenly and not according to the company contract.
Steps to reproduce
1. Open the Company app
2. Log in as an administrator
3. Click on "Finances" on the left dashboard menu
4. After a new window opens, click on "Salaries"
5. Click on "Employees database"
6. Compare the actual salaries of the employees based on their contract with the actual salaries that are reflected on the database.
Expected Result
The Salaries of the Employees should be in the same line with their contract after the module calculates their salary with the salaries shown in the database.
Actual Result
The Salaries are not in the same line after the salary module calculator calculates the salaries with the company database.
