Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy the application and input employee data (e.g., base salary, bonuses, deductions)
2. Review the calculated salary output for any discrepancies against the expected values
3. Calculate manually the salary
4. Observe if the manually calculated values are the same as with the Salary calculation module

Expected result:
The correct salary figures should be transmitted to the database and correctly reflected in the balance sheet, tax calculations, and annual salary calculations

Actual result:
The salary calculation module produces incorrect salary values due to an unidentified defect and these incorrect values are transmitted to the database, leading to inaccuracies in the balance sheet, tax calculations, and annual salary calculations
