Interrapt G21

Description:
The user can create Tags that contain special characters that are prohibited

1. Navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/login and log in
2. Navigate to the "Tags" section
3. Click on the "CREATE" button
4. Enter a "Title" for the tag that consists of special characters that are prohibited, i.e. ‘@’, ‘!’, ‘#’, ‘$’, ‘&’
5. Click on the "CREATE" button

Expected Results:
A message should be shown that the title field is required in red letters

Actual Results:
A new tag is added successfully with prohibited characters
