*Description:* 
 The user can create Tags that contain special characters that are prohibited 

 *Steps:* 
 # Navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/login and log in 
 # Navigate to the "Tags" section 
 # Click on the "CREATE" button 
 # Enter a "Title" for the tag tags that consists consist of special characters that are prohibited, i.e. ‘@’, ‘!’, ‘#’, ‘$’, ‘&’ 
 # Click on the "CREATE" button 

 *Expected Results:* 
 A message should be shown that the title field is required in red letters 

 *Actual Results:* 
 A new tag is added successfully
