Description
When user do not insert special character "-" or "." in "Title" field, error message has not been shown
Test Steps
1. Navigate to the Webinars
2. Click on the "Create" field
3. Click on the field "Title"
4. Insert Alphabetic characters (both Latin and Cyrillic)
5. Insert lower case
6. Insert Upper Case
7. Insert between 5 and 50 characters in length
8. Do not insert special character “-”, or “.”
9. Error message should be shown
Expected results
Error message should be shown in red letters that criteria is not met and "title" field is required
Actual Results
User is able to insert characters in "Title" field without using the special characters "-" and "."
