Pre-conditions:
The user is logged in on the "Mentors" page, with a form to create a new mentor record, including an email field.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Click on the "Mentors" menu.
2. Click the 'CREATE' button in the upper right corner.
3. Enter an email address containing Cyrillic letters.
4. Submit the form.
5.Observe the validation message in a pop-up window.

Expected Result:
A proper error message should be displayed saying "The email must be a valid email address," and Cyrillic letters should not be accepted.

Actual Result:
The system does not display an error message for an invalid email and accepts it with Cyrillic letters.
