Environment: https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/webinars
Browser: Google Chrome Version 131.0.6778.140 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Description: User can create different webinars with the same name
Steps to reproduce:
1. Log in on Interrapt
2. Click the 'Webinars' menu
3. Click the 'Create' button
4. Fill in all fields
5. Click 'Create' button
Expected Result: User cannot create more webinars with the same name.
Actual Result: User can create a webinars with the same name
