[Webinars] User can type in Tag field that should only allow drop-down menu selection.

Description

User should not be able to type in this field in accordance with the specificatons, but to choose options from drop down menu only. However the field allows typing in.

Environment:
https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/login

Browser: Chrome - Version 131.0.6778.140 (Official Build) (64-bit)
OS: Windows 11 Pro
Screen size: 1920x1080
Zoom level: 100%

Steps to reproduce:
  1. Navigate to the Webinars create form page URL.
  2. Attempt to entry data in Tags field by typing (i.e. "Test").

Expected results:
The user should not be able to make entry in the Tags field by typing.

Actual results:
The user is able to type in ("Test") in the field that should not allow data type entry.
