Interrapt G33

Description:
An attendee can be created by a user who is not logged in as admin.

Precondition:
User is not logged in as admin.

1. Log in to the system.
2. Navigate to the "Attendees" page.
3. Click on the "CREATE" button.
4. Fill the mandatory "Name" field
5. Fill the mandatory "Surname" field
6. Fill the mandatory "E-mail" field
7. Select a webinar from the "Webinar" dropdown list
8. Click on the "CREATE" button.
9. Observe the created attendee in the list.
10. 
    Expected result:
    The attendee should not be created by the user who is not logged in as admin.

Actual result:
The system allows the attendee to be created and added to the list by the user who is not logged in as admin.
