open(Webinars) User can create webinar when uses other fonts in the title field except Cyrilic and Latin

Browser:Google Chrome Version 131.0.6778.139 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Description:
User can use other fonts ex.Chinese or Arabic fonts
Steps to reproduce:
1. Log in into Interrapt
2. Click the 'Webinars' menu
3. Click the 'Create' button
4. Fill the title field with "传统的"
5.Fill all required fields
6.Click the "Create" button
Expected results:
The user should be not able to create Webinar by using other fonts then Cyrilic and Latin in the Title field
Actual results:
The user can create webinars even when he uses other fonts in the titlle field
