User must be logged on Interrapt
Steps to reproduce
1.Click on 'Tags' via navigation menu
2. Click on the 'CREATE' button on the right upper corner
3. Entar a tag/text with special characters (e.g., !; #; @ ect)
4. Click on the 'Create' button
Expected Result
This field should allow to enter text only with this special characters: '-' and '.'. Any other character should be rejected with validation message.
Actual Result
The title field acceptes special characters beyond the specificed ones.
