Interrapt G33

User can enter invalid data(character ”.”, length outside range 5-15 characters) in the "Phone" input field.

Environment
PC / Windows 10 Pro V. 22H2 /Google Chrome Version 131.0.6778.140

1. Log in to the system
2. Navigate to the "Attendees" page
3. Select "Edit" icon button, next to the attendee
4. Enter invalid data in the "Phone" input field(e.g. 12,.12345678901234567890123456)
5. Click on the "Edit" button to save changes
6. Observe the behavior of the page

Expected result
The system should not allow an attendee to be edited with invalid data entered into the "Phone" input field.

Actual result
The system allows an attendee to be edited with invalid data entered into the "Phone" input field. A validation message appears.
