Description
The user is able to register attendees with the same personal informations, same e-mail and for the same webinar multiple times.

Steps to reproduce
- Log in to the system
- Navigate to the 'Attendees' page
- Click on the 'Create' button
- Enter 'Name' field with the same previously used data (e.g., Eva)
- Enter 'Surame' field with the same previously used data (e.g., Dimovski)
- Enter 'Email' field with an email that is previously used (e.g., [email protected])
- Select the same 'Webinar' from a drop-down menu that is previously used (e.g., test)
- Click on the 'Create' button on the bottom page
- Observe the behavior of creating an attendee
Expected Result
The user should not be able to register the attendee with the same data used as the already registered attendee. An error message should be displayed
Actual Result
The new attendee has been successfully registered with the same data used as the previously registered attendee
