Description: When creating a webinar,user can choose the same date and time for both the start and end of the webinar
Steps to reproduce:
1.Log in to the system
2.Navigate to the "Webinars" page
3.Click on ''Create'' button right upper the corner
4.Click on start date and enter data
5.Click on end date and enter same data as start date

Expected results: The user should see a message that start and end date can not have same data
Actual results: The system should allow users to create a webinar with the same date and time for both the start and end of the webinar
