Interrapt G33

An attendee can be registered multiple times using the same email address, resulting to duplicate registrations.

Mobile device/Iphone X/iOs 16.7.10/Safari

1. Log in to the system
2. Navigate to the "Attendees" page.
3. Click on the "CREATE" button.
4. Fill the mandatory "Name" field
5. Fill the mandatory "Surname" field
6. Fill the mandatory "E-mail" field
7. Click on the "CREATE" button.
8. Repeat from step 4 to step 9 with the same email address.
9. Observe the attendees list

Expected Result:
An attendee should not be created and an error message should appear pointing that that Email is already in use.

Actual Result:
The system allows an attendee to be created using the same email address multiple times.
