[Users] User search by Name allows invalid characters and lengths beyond specified criteria

Description

The search functionality for users by Name does not correctly enforce the expected validation rules. According to requirements, the search input should accept:
  • Alphabetic characters (Latin and Cyrillic)
  • Upper and lower case letters
  • Special characters: hyphen - and period . only
  • Spaces
  • Length between 1 and 25 characters
Environment

Steps to reproduce

  1. Navigate on the ""Users"" page
  2. Enter data in the 'Name' field with more than 25 character s (eg. A&&$$&&)kejsnsjxjsjwjshshdhsjdjkrnwnsjxkwjwnwnnendjdjdkwkwksjxiocicjenebwhsuciekwnw)

Expected Result
Search input should restrict or validate characters and length according to the specified criteria.

Actual Result

Search accepts invalid characters and lengths beyond 25 characters without validation or error
