open[Own Profile] Name can be edited without meeting the criteria

Description
User should not be able to edit Name without meeting the criteria (Alphabetic characters (Latin and Cyrillic), lower and upper letter cases, special characters (only ""-"" and ""."") and spaces. It should be minimum 7 and maximum 50 characters in length

Steps to reproduce
1. Navigate to the "Users" form
2. Click on the burger menu in the bottom left corner
3. Click on the ""Your profile"" button
4. Enter data in the 'Name' field (e.g. Lile.V)
5. Click on the 'Save' button
Actual Result
The user can successfully edit users by name without meeting any given criteria.
Expected Result
User should not be able to edit users by Name without meeting the criteria and a message with red letters should be shown that the name field is required.
