Steps to reproduce
  1. Open the log in page
  2. Observe the folowing elements

Expected result
When opening the login page, a 'Create new' option should appear, allowing new users to create profiles on the platform in order to interact with the aplication

Actual result
The 'Create new' option is not available, which limits users from using the aplication
