1. Log in to the system as non admin user
2. Navigate to the "Tags" page
3. Choose one random Tag from the list
4. Press on the button for deleting (like red garbage bin)
5. On the form where the system is asking "Are you sure? You won't be able to revert this!", click on the left button "Yes, delete it!"
6. Observe that the tag will be deleted

Expected result
The non admin user should not be able to delete Tags

Actual result
The non admin user is able to delete Tags
