Steps to reproduse
1.Click on the CREATE button in the upper right corner.

2.Enter valid input in the following fields

• Name:Jane
• Surname:Doe
• Email:[email protected]
• Bio:Senior softwaretester with fifteen years experience.

3.Enter invalid data in the 'Occupation'field:

• Too short (QA)
• Too long (abcdefghjkl11245678891234567899gfdsagh)

4.Click on the CREATE button

Expected Result:
A validation error message should be displayed for the 'Occupation' field in red text
Mentor should not be created if the field has less than 5 or more than 25 characters

Actual Result:
The mentor is created successfully even when the'Occupation'field has invalid character length.
