Description

The user is able to create a webinar with a title longer than 50 characters

Steps to reproduce
1. Open https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/login
2. Login with valid credentials
3. Navigate to webinars page
4. Click on Create
5. Fill the Title with at least 51 character

Expected result
User should be displayed with a error message

Actual result
Title is accepted and a webinar is created.
