Description
The user is able to create tags with the same title

Precondition: The user have created tag with name "nenad"

Steps To Reproduce
1.navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/
2.login with valid credentional
3.Select tags from the dashbord
4.click on create button
5.click on title text box
6.create tags by entering same text name into text box (nenad; nenad)
7.click on create button

Expected Result
1.Error message should be display

Actual Result
1.user create two tags with same name
