[Tag] User is able to create Tags with same title

User is able to create new Tag with the same title as previously created Tag
Enviorenment
Galaxy S8
Android 6.0
Chrome
Preconditions
Tag title already created (#testtag)
Steps To Reproduce
1. Navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/login
2. Login with Valid Credentials
3. Select Tag on the hamburger menu on the upper left corner
3. Click on the CREATE button
4. Click on the Tag Title input field
5. Insert already exsiting Tag Title in the Tag Title field (#testtag)
Expected Result
User should not be able to create new Tag with the same title as previously created Tag
Actual Result
User is able to create new Tag with the same title as previously created Tag
