The user is not able to choose date from date picker component, because the date picker component is missing
steps to reproduce
1. Navigate to the https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz
2. Login with valid credentials
3. Open the webinars menu
4. Click on the Create button
5. Input the Title
6. Input the Description
7. Click on the empty field under Start Date field
8. Try to choose the start and end date from the date picker

Expected Result
The date and time picker should be shown by clicking on the Start and Date field

Actual Results
The user is not able to choose date from date picker component
