Preconditions:

The User must be logged in

Steps to reproduce:
Click on "Webinars"
Click on "Edit" Webinar
Enter valid credentials in the ‘Title’ and ‘Description’ fields.
Select a specific date and time from a calendar and a time picker display for ‘Start Date’ field and ‘End Date’ field.
Click on "Edit" button

Expected Result: Start Date should be before End Date
Accual Result: Start Date is after end Date.
