(Users) The system is not filtering the users that are created in the date range selected from the date picker.

Description
Environment : https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/users / Browser: Google Chrome
Preconditions :
1. The user must be logged in.
2. The user must navigate to the users section.
Steps to Reproduce :
1.Click on the date picker.
2.Select the date range: Start date: 01.06.2023 / End Date: 08.06.2023.
3. Observe
Expected Result : The system should list all users created within the selected date range from the time picker.
Actual Result : The list shows all created users without considering the selected date range from the date picker. (Example: A user created on 19/04/2023 07:06:16 is listed.)
