The spelling error functionality does not work

Description
The error spelling option is previously checked however this functionality does not work. There is no warning that words have spelling mistakes.

Steps to reproduce
1.Open the application
2.Uncheck the word suggestion functionality
3.Check the error spelling option
4.Write words incorrectly

Expected result
There should be a warning and red underlining that the words are written with spelling mistakes.

Actual result
There is no warning and red underlining the words that are written with spelling mistakes.
