2. Click on the "Users" option on the main navigation menu
3. Click on the "Create" button
4. Click on the "Name" input field
5. Fill the "Name" input field (e.g. Bo)
6. Click on the "Email" input field
7. Fill the "Email" input field with valid email address
8. Click on "Password" input field
9. Fill the "Password" input field with valid password
10. Click on the "Create" button

Expected Results: The user should not be able to create a new user with less than 3 characters in the “Name” input field. An error message should be displayed on the screen.

Actual Results: The user is able to create a new user.
