Precondition
User must be registered on the platform
Steps to reproduce
1.Open browser
2.Navigate to url(https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/webinars/create)
3.Log in with existing account(username:[email protected];passwoer:******)
4.Click on tag icon from the left side menu
5.click on upper corner black marked "Create" button
6.click on Title field
7. input title with length smaller than 5 letter(test)
8.click on "create" button
Expected result
User should not be able to create tag by inputting word shorter than 5 letters , warning message should be shown
Actual result
User is able to create tag by inputting word shorter than 5 letters
