Description
Tags title must be with minimum 5 characters
Precondition
User must be registered as admin
Step To Reproduce
1.Navigate to browser
2.Navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/
3. Login with valid credentials
4. Navigate to Tags
5. In title field enter “Win”
6. Click Create

Expected Results
Error message should be displayed
Actual Results

New tag is successfully created
