User has to be registered on the platform.

Steps to reproduce
1.Open browser.
2.Navigate to url.
3.Click on the "Users" menu button.
4.Click on the "Edit" button.
5.Click on the "Name" field.
6.Fill the "Name" field.

Expected result
The "Name" field can not contain 51 characters.

Actual result
The "Name" field can contain 51 characters.
