When the User selects a date range from the CREATED AT drop-down date picker the results are not filtering

Steps To Reproduce
1. Navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/login
2. Login with Valid Credentials
3. Select Users link on the sidebar on the left of the screen
4. Click on on the Select a period field under CREATED AT
5. Select date range on the drop-down date picker
Expected Result
When the User selects a date range from the CREATED AT drop-down date picker the results are not filtering
Actual Result
When the User selects a date range from the CREATED AT drop-down date picker only matching results should be listed
