Description
-When the user enters an invalid name, the account cannot be created
Precodition
-Navigate to URL
Steps to reproduce
1.User goes on the "Users" field
2.User clicks on "CREATE" button
3.User enters a name in the "Name" field
4.User enters an "Email" in the email field
5.User enters an "Password" in the password field
6.User click on "CREATE" button
Expected results
-When the user clicks on the "CREATE" button, a new account should be created
Actual results
-User cannot create an account an invalid name has been entered
