Interrapt G24

*Envirovment:
- Browser - Google Chrome Version 113.0.5672.127 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Preconditions:
– https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/login

Steps to reproduce:
1. Click on "Users"
2. Click on "Create" button
3. Click on "Name" field
4. Enter invalid Name
5. Click on "Email" field
6. Enter valid Email adress
7. Click on "Create" button

Expected Results:
User should not be able to create a new user with invalid name (according specifications)

Actual Results:*
New User is succesfuly created.
