open[Mentors] Verify that clicking the 'BACK' button on the 'Mentor form' does not save changes and relocates the user to the Mentors menu.

Environment:
Google Chrome Version 114.0.5735.110 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Precoditions:
Navigate to: https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/mentors/create
User should be login.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to the valid URL
2. Click on 'Mentors' Tab
3. Click 'Create' button
4. Put your cursor on 'Name' field
5. Fill the 'Name' field with invalid text
6. Put your cursor on 'Surname' field
7. Fill the 'Surename' field with valid text
8. Put your cursor on 'E-mail' field
9. Fill 'E-mail' field with appropriate credentials
10. Put your cursor on 'Bio' field
11. FIll 'Bio' field with valid text
12. Put your cursor on 'Occupation' field
13. Fill 'Occupation' field with appropriate text
14. Click on the 'Back' button
Exptected results:
1. The Mentor form is closed without saving any changes.
2. The user is redirected to the mentors menu.
Actual results:
Error message is displayed / "500 Server Error"
