• Steps to reproduce
  1.Log in to the url
  2.Click on "Tags"field in the left side on the page
  3.Click on "CREATE" button at the top right on the page
  4.Enter a invalid title in the "Title" input field (e.g. $%&*)
  5.Click on "CREATE" button

• Expected result
  -The "Tags" should not be created with invalid title

• Actual result
  -New "Tags" is created with invalid title
