Wrongly spelled words are not red lined, despite that the spell error box is checked.

Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install and open the application.
2. Uncheck 'Word Suggestions'.
3. Leave check 'Spelling Error'.
4. Write words incorrectly.

Expected result:
The user should be warned about the spelling mistakes and the wrongly spelled words should be red lined.

Actual result:
No warning and no red underlining that you are writing the words with spelling mistakes.
