Dot Matrix Printer option does not work

Description

The Dot Matrix Printer option does not work when the application is unable to locate the Laser Printer option
Steps:
1. Open a document
2. Turn off 'Laser printer'
3. Click 'Print document' button
4. Observe the behavior

Expected Result: The printouts should come out of the Dot Matrix Printer
Actual Result: When the application can not locate Laser printer
