The Dot Matrix Printer option does not work when the application is unable to locate the Laser Printer option Steps: 1. Open a document Login on application 2. Turn off 'Laser printer' Navigate to 'Printer option' dropdown button 3. Click 'Print document' on 'Printer option' dropdown button 4. Check if the 'Laser Printer' option is selected (by deafult) 5. Click on 'Print' button 6. Observe the behavior printouts Expected Result: ER: The printouts should come out of the Dot Matrix Printer Actual Result: When Laser printer. If the application can not locate Laser find the laser printer then it should print with the other option. AR: The application can not find the laser printer but it also gives an error message while printing with the Dot Matrix Printer option.
