Description

When choosing "pay by card" there is no pay form for the card holder(number, day of exp,CTV)

Steps to produce
1.Log in to the APP
2.Browse for items
3.Add to chosen items to the shopping card
4.proceed to payment
5.Choose payment method "pay by card"
6.From pop up window click on "ADD"

Expected results
New pop up for adding card info form should be open/displayed

Actual result
By clicking on "ADD" button ,the order is processed
