Steps to Reproduce:

1.Open the Document Editing App
2.Create a new document or open an existing one
3.Create a list by typing out items
4.Select the list items
5.Apply bullet points using the formatting toolbar or menu

Expected result:

After applying bullet points to the list, the app should correctly display each list item with bullets preceding the text

Actual result:

After applying bullet points to the list, the app incorrectly displays the list as numbered
