Description: The game won't allow a second challenge to be chosen upon reaching level 17
Steps:
1. Launch the game
2. Play until level 17
3. Complete the second challenge and try to choose a new one
Expected result: The game should allow choosing a new second challenge throughout the entire gameplay.
Actual result: After reaching level 17, the second challenge cannot be chosen.
