Game does not allow a second challenge to be chosen upon reaching level 17
Steps:
1. Launch the game
2. Play level 1-16
3. Play level 17
4. Complete second challenge and try to use a new one
Expected Result:
The game should allow choosing a second challenge throughout the entire gameplay
Actual Result:
The game shows a bug upon reaching level 17, not allowing a second challenge to be chosen.
