User can create new user with German Special characters *Steps to Reproduce* 1.Navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/users 2.Click on ''Create'' button 3.Fill name field ( ÄÖ ) 4.Fill email field (ÄÖ@outlook.com) 5.Click ''Create'' *Expected Result* User is supposed to be not able to create a new user User with German special characters character (ÄÖ) *Actual Result* User is able to create new user with German special characters (ÄÖ) *Browser* Google Chrome
