Description
'Delete' button is missing from the User's page, that should be right next to the 'Edit' button.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Login to Interrupt
2. Click on 'Users'
3. Observe the column 'Actions' (on the right side)
Expected Result:
Under the 'Actions' column should be displayed two buttons 'Edit' and 'Delete'.
Actual Result:
The 'Delete' button is missing from the 'Actions' column.
