1.Navigate to Webinars menu
2.Click on create button
3.Select a day on the calendar time picker for Start Date and End Date
Expected results
User should be able to select Start Date and End Date on the date and time picker
Actual result
User is not able to select Start Date and End Date on the date and time picker
