Description:
The name field accepts more than 25 characters in length when create a new user

Precondition:
The user is already log in on https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/login

Steps to reproduce:
1.Go to dashboard menu
2.Select Users
3.Open a create form
4.Fill the name field with more than 25 characters in length
5.Fil the other fields with valid credentials
6.Click on Create button

Expect result:
The user should not be created

Actual result:
The user is created
