Phone field does not accept special characters when create new attendee

Description:
Phone field does not accepts special characters "-" and "+" when a new attendee is created

Precondition:
The user is already log in on https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/login

Steps to reproduce:
1.Go on dashboard menu and select Attendees
2.Open a create form
3.Fill the mandatory field with valid credentials
4.Fill the phone field with numbers and specials characters "-" and "+"

Expect result:
The Attendee is created

Actuall result:
Error message appears: The phone must be a number and the attendee is not created
