The minimum character limit the tile of a tag title should be 5, but the user is able to create tags with less than 5 characters in the title.

Preconditions:
1.The user should be logged in and and navigated on https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/tags

Steps to recreate:
1. Click on the Create button in the right top corner.
2. Enter the word "Toby" in the "title" field.
3. Click on the Create button.

Expected result:
The user should not be able to create a tag that contains less than 5 characters in the title.

Actual result:
The user is able to create a tag with a that contains less than 5 characters in the title.
